Windows phone 10 Lumia 735 Cannot receive or send MMS

I've almost given up hope. I have a Windows Phone 10 from Verizon, Lumia 735, and MMS worked fine, although, I did have to change some SIM settings. That was some time ago. Then we went to Europe, I put in a Vodaphone SIM, worked fine. Came home, put the Verizon SIM back in and I have lost the SIM Setting that got the MMS to work. Now, half the messages I receive are "Media content in this message", press the download and nothing. I have about 4 GB avail space on the phone. It's the SIM Setting, I just don't know what it is. Does anyone out there know. Thanks Tim

It is the correct APN setting you are missing.

Make sure you enter the APN address provided by your mobile network provider (Verizon). Ask their customer support service for this data.

Thanks for the response. I wish it were that easy.
I have the latest Windows Phone 10, just updated and all is up to date. But it no longer has the MMS setting in the APN configuration. In windows 10, it’s gone.
Here is what I believe to be the problem.
We recently went to Europe where I purchased a Vodaphone SIM. The phone worked fine. When we returned, I put my Verizon SIM back in and it works all except for the MMS in text messages (which worked fine prior to the Vodaphone SIM) and uploading pictures to the cloud with WiFi turned off.
But these are not Images that are failing. These are text messages from some phones. Could it be the from the settings on the phone that’s sending, or the provider?
I searched internet for about 3 hours and tried every suggestion except the Hard Reset.
I would like to avoid hard reset due to the unknowns of lost data. I have Verizon Backup Assistant up to date as well as the normal backup. But I'm not clear on how to restore things or if I will lose them because something didn't go right.

Nevertheless, I need it fixed.
