windows power on

Hey today i just formated my lc i had a windows 7 and i got now a 10 so mu prob is when i turn off the pc the mouse keep stay open (the leds) how can i fix it? Thanks

Did you update or reset your BIOS? Sounds like an "always on" setting for the port (for charging).

You can disable that in the BIOS, generally.
