I have win98 with an HPdeskjet printer installed. Windows print and
Word or Notebook all say "No Printer found" when trying to print.

Does anyone know how to solve this problem?

Ensure printer is turned on and cable connected, ensure LPT and/or USB is
enabled in the BIOS, etc, ensure printer is installed and set as default.

Deleted LPT and it was reinstalled. Parallel is enabled in the CMO
and replaced cable before reinstalling everything.

I was going to say the same thing as the other guy - is it set as the
*default printer* in control panel?
