Windows problem start

After i press start button it loads slow then it shows me message to start windows in safe mode, last known configuration i always start it nirmaly and it takes more than 15 min to load windows than it runs very slow whatshould i do run it with last known config or what?

typically, Yes, the "the last known GOOD config" is the right choice... But if you have changed something, and got this message, then you would want safe mode, to load a driver, or trouble shoot a program/setting..

Nope i didnt change anything my pc just freezed and i restarted it should i last config start?

Slow operation, freezing, crashing, if its not software, it is extremely likely your hard drive has begun to fail. I would recommend a diagnostic. there are free tools out there but the manufacturer of the computer or the hard drives diagnostic tools are preferred. what is the model and do you know the manufacturer of the hard drive?
