i have recently installed ror a game and tryed getting mods and send them to that file and i am installing a new program and it is still ror and i cant change it to defualt please help..!!!!!!!!!!

No im talking about when you click open with to change a file location but then it wolnt let me change it to defualt

Here if you go online and download some thing an error pops up and says

C:Users\Mynameandlastname\Downloads\programname.zip is not a valid Win32 apllication.
So if you can help me please do thanks Tcinator
