I got a trojan. It blocks me from resetting my pc and malware bytes doesn't clean it. Oh yeah it blocks me from lauching my antivirus too.

I can't open file location or end task even in safe mode. I tried opening it in safe mode and say "access denied"

load a portable version from the net of virus software then unplug the net and made full scan with this one if you could get one that does it at start up before the os load .

UPDATE I found the location of the two folders that the virus is in. But I do not have access to delete those folders

I have a trojan blocking me from resetting PC. I am unable to use windows recovery and advanced startup. Any other way?

What do you mean by "resetting pC"? Do you have a disk image that you trying to recover back to? Or does the manufactor offer a way to reset it back to factory default?

On another PC, download the Windows 10 media creation tool and use it to make a win 10 installer on USB

I would suggest a fresh install if reset won't work due to a virus. Its only way to know its gone

Copy any documents you want to save onto USB or something.

change boot order in BIOS so USB is first, hdd second
boot from installer
follow this guide: http://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/1950-windows-10-clean-install.html

when you reach the screen asking for licence, click "I don't have a key" and win 10 will continue to install and reactivate once finished

On the screen where you choose where to install win 10, if it gives you an error about GPT drives, delete all the partitions on the hdd and press next. If it still gives error, cancel out of the installer and restart PC and start installer again, it will accept next on that screen this time (some PC just need a restart here).
