Windows Programs That Detect 360 Games On A USB

Hey, I have a friend who has formatted his USB Drive to be able to store Xbox 360 games on it. He was wondering if there are any programs for Windows 7 or up that will detect the 360 games on the USB Drive when he inserts it into his computer?

To do what with the games? I'm not sure what the application is here of this.

You can backup your Xbox saves to a USB drive but not the actual games. And there is no use to read them on a Windows PC.
