Windows RAM Problem

ASUS (AMD FX) Laptop, Windows 10 64x: 8 Gb RAM, Built in, 8 Gb RAM Installed.
Problem: Windows System and BIOS show ONLY 8 Gb or RAM. and 8 Gb or Virtual RAM.
CPU-Z shows 8 Gb RAM, 8 Gb SPD same MHz, Same Timings.
Why doesn't Windows SHOW my installed RAM??

CPU-Z Shows the RAM "AS AN SPD" not as RAM

Maybe so, Not having much luck solving this issue. Perhaps I will. Thanks to all for your thoughts.
