windows rearranging after sleep

I'm running a dual monitor setup with ASUS VE248H's. This has never happened before but for the last few days every time I wake my computer all my windows and taskbar have been moved onto my main display. I installed an update for my NVIDIA drivers and the same thing kept happening. Anyone know what's going on?

I had a problem very similar to this and was not able to figure it out, and unfortunately NVIDIA was not much help either. I just turned off the power saving options and told my user to lock his PC when he's done. It's not resolving the issue itself, but it's avoiding it from happening again.
