Question Windows recognizes my monitor as 75hz even though it is 60hz. How do I fix this?

Windows 10 Pro 21H2
Monitor is an ISP 1080p 60hz (Also confirmed in its own settings, it cannot go further than that)

How do I stop Windows from incorrectly judging my monitor to be 75hz?

I have it set to 60hz on settings but games and other softwares will straight up go for 75hz regardless. If it cannot be fixed, can I circumvent it somehow?

It's an LG ISP monitor with the model stated as 24MP400/MP40B/MP44B

Also, yes my Windows settings is set to 60hz.

Nvidia Control Panel is set to 1080p, 1920 x 1080 (native) at 60Hz under the "Ultra HD, HD, SD" section. However, below it there is a "PC" section in which the 1920 x 1080 is set to 75Hz, which is NOT selected but it exists there for some reason.
