Windows recommendation due to bad performance in games (fixed)

Hello, recently i installed windows 10 1803 in my pc, games were running so slow specially battlefield 1 aswell as other games stuttering like quake champions and rainbow six siege, idk if its a problem of the OS but i wanted to install Windows 7 again (i only have win 10 due to i want to play forza horizon 3 lmao) so the real question is, should i reinstall windows 7? Or windows 10 1607 (people says this is the most stable) Here are my specs, if you see something wrong


AMD FX 9590
GTX 1070 TI
16 GB RAM

I dont want to see Intel fanboys saying "amd is *" no pls, thank you 😀

OS doesn't matter. This is a hardware issue.

That CPU requires a motherboard capable of handling 220W

That motherboard can't.

It was just the 1803 build, rolled back and 0 issues and that motherboard is capable man, i dont know where did you read that mate, thanks anyway <3

I read that directly on the Asus site.
Hence the " " quotes.
