I am not sure, At work it takes Windows 10 Pro Fall Creators Update (Clean Install, not upgrading - meaning formatting the hard drive and starting clean) on 8gb of ram and a 5400rpm hard drive on a Core 2 Duo (Very slow old PC) about 20-30 minutes to do a full install from a USB key made with the Windows 10 Media Creation Tool.

On my i7 with 32gb ram and an EVO 850 Pro it can to the same thing in less than 10 minutes... close to 5 minutes. You might have a hardware issue. Are you getting any beep codes from the motherboard? Possible bad ram module, possible that the pc needs to be dusted out? are all you cards in snug? (video card, etc)? Are they all compatible with Windows 10?
