Question Windows requires 2 resets to work .

Pc has 2 NVME drives, 1 ssd, 1 sata.

Only one drive is set as boot windows manager, and only 1 drive is set as PRIORITY BOOT, one of the old NVME once had windows on it, but i formatted it completely . My pc boots, shows a black screen and doesnt go into windows, only after i hit the reset button does it reboot normally into windows.

What is the reason for this ?
this is a high end gaming pc
2080ti
9700k
16gb 3200 ram
asrock i7 gaming z370

Have you done a sfc /scannow in admin command prompt?

i did, it said that it found corrupt files and corrected them .

problem still occurs, pc shows windows icon, then screen remains blank, need to restart inorder to enter windows.
