Windows Reset Failed

Hello, I'm having trouble resetting my computer, I have windows 10 and I'm resetting my computer because it has been really slow lately and very glitchy, and this computer has good hardware, I tried resetting it about 4 times and it fails on the same part, my computer says it was 33% done resetting but then it goes into a blue screen and it states "Your computer has ran into a problem" and makes me log back into windows, please help.

The slow performance and the failing of the system reset could be due to a failing hard drive, you could try booting your laptop with a windows 10 recovery disc or your windows 10 installation disc (you can download it from microsoft and burn it on another pc if you don't have one), from it you can choose repair pc->command prompt and run a chkdsk c: /F or even a chkdsk c: /R to try to fully repair your HDD, this can easily take 4+ hours with the /R parameter, specially if the HDD does indeed have damaged sectors.

Otherwise disassemble the laptop and connect your HDD to another pc to recover your data, after this format it and see if you can get a new OS installed on it, if it fails to install on it after formatting you'll need to buy a new HDD for your laptop.

Its my pc, and I dont have ny other computer with windows on hand right now, I just want to delete everything off of my HDD because I have an SSD and I plan to do do a brand new installation of windows in that ssd

I see, I suggest to simply unplug your HDD, install windows on your SSD and then plug in back the HDD, make sure in BIOS that your pc will try to boot first from your SSD and you should be able to get into the SSD Windows from which you can format your HDD or try to recover any data if you'd like from it.
