Windows Resetting Drivers (No video signal)

So, I accidentally installed the wrong drivers for my PC and whem they finnished downloading me scrern went black. The video signal just died off. So I managed to get into the Troubleshooting menu when booting up and I resetted my PC. It's currently resseting. I want to know if the drivers will be uninstalled and if no then how do I remove them.
