Recently I ran A Windows Resource Protection and I wasn't able to fix some corrupt files. The listed files are the unfixable ones.

Should I be worried? I'm plannings on buying an entirely new PC in about 3.5 months and I want to know if this one will hold out until then. Are any of these issues crucial? My PC is around 5 years old and quite a bit slower than it used to be.
