windows restarting after slight stress

I recently got a Asus m5a 78l-m and a 8320 they boot up and work as they should and then out of no where they restart. I want to know what is causing this and how to fix it. Is it my mobo or the cpu?

Might be a failing or too weak PSU. That's the usual culprit. But there may be other reasons. Need to know what PSU you have.

I did fresh instal Windows. I don't think it is my psu as it is a few weeks old corsair cx750m
