Hey guys -

I have a PC that I built 2 years ago but it's been performing bit slower lately and I wanted to delete everything and start fresh. I have following questions regarding performing the windows reset.

1. I want to do an option where it removes everything "Remove files and clean the drive". If I originally bought Windows 7 and upgraded to Windows 10, will I need to physically re-install Windows 7 and upgrade to windows 10 again? Or will it automatically get installed?

2. I have 2 hard drives, SSD where window is installed and second hard drive where I keep my other documents. If I perform the reset, will it delete both of my hard drives? Or do I have to delete my second one separately?

Thank you!

Solution
1. No, you don't need to start with W7 again, it's enough to reset W10.
2. Your second drive will not be touched but you may need to reinstall any program you installed on it (if any).
