Since i installed the latest Windows 10 update, i have noticed whenever i turn off and turn it on or restart my computer it reverts back to where i left it. It pretty annoying considering it will open a lot programs and such and i don't want that. It did not do this before the newest update.
I have tried Googleing around to find something about it, but i can only find that that setting is only for US users that have Cortana. So do anyone have this problem too and do you know how to fix this?
Note: I have checked power option and it should not go into hibernation.
