Is it advisable to run the sand box all the time. except when saving files etc ? Surfing would be an example.
I ask b/c it seems if it is protected, you have less of a chance of getting a virus you cannot remove when you close out?
I also get security warning asking me to sign in with my Windows account and I cannot use bookmarks.

you can if you want but remember every time you close the sandbox all files are deleted, bookmarks, settings, history and downloads will all be wiped every time it closes.
this would make it a PITA to use it as a daily browser machine.

programs can be tested with no ramifications should it be malicious. this is the reason for the sandbox but it can be used for whatever you need as long as the limitations of the virtual environment are recognized.

I have differing browsers for differing reasons. chrome is my media browser, youtube, amazon, etc.
firefox is my regular low security browser setup
I have brave setup with high security settings for when I need to visit a page securely.
