Windows Script Host - Error code 800A0400

Hello peeps, I am getting this error at the windows start up and it's annoying , anybody can help on how to resolve this issues and it happened ? is it a virus or bad file ? thanks

Looks like you have a visual basic script running at startup. Remove it from startup. It looks like something you, or someone who was on your pc, was attempting but messed up the very first character int he script.
