Question Windows Script Host

Everytime I boot up my PC. This thing pop up. How do I settle this? Please help me.

Can not find script file
"C:\Users\user\AppData\Roaming\stream-all"


But when I opened the file directory, "stream-all" is there and the Date Modified was last night which was at 1.43am on 16/7/2019. I was doing Windows Update at around that time then power was cut off because there was a problem with the substation near me so the electricity was gone for a few hours until it was back at around 3.00am.

You have malware... use malwarebytes to remove it

when windows boots, it should never be calling windows script host or vbs files.

Malwarebytes doesn't detect anything. It was fine. So what's the problem here???
