Hello friends ! I have two pc. One has windows 7 pro and the other windows 10 home and I want to use remote desktop so I can use my win 7 pro from my win 10 home. The problem is that when I try to connect it says Enter your credential. These credential will be used to connect at my win 7 pro. I tried every password but nothing. the username that appears there is my email address cause I use that as my login in windows 10 after the last update. I have tried different usernames still nothing

I have tried it but it doesnt work. My win 7 dont have a password. my windows 7 pc name is dell-t3500 so I did dell-t3500\theuserof win7pc. I tried the user of win 10 too. what can it be ?

I set a password and I tried still nothing.
It really sucks but I think It dont have a solution
It says The credentials didnt work please try new credentials

Yeah I know it should work but it dont, and I cant figure out why. The win 7 pc has enabled the remote deskop. is at allow connections from every computer running any version of remote desktop (less secure)

I only has one user at my win 7. I will try to create another user and allow remote desktop to it too, just to give a try.

Finally it work my friend. I created a new username and password and when I tried to access it remotly it said no certificate do you trust it and after the yes it worked. I dont know why it dont work on my primary account. What do you think ?
and thank you for your help

Do you have any idea that why it dont work on my main account but only at the account that I created ?

I understand that but it is a home pc and no gpo here I searched my local policies and they are alright the administrators account can be remotly accesss and in the deny remote access the list is blank.

My friend I found it. When this account was created was with the user as the nameof the account , not as my actual username so when I tried as user it work. Thank u for your time
