Hello good people,

During an upgrade from stock 12GB RAM to 32GB RAM on a ASUS ROG Laptop (specs below)
received Blue Screen at startup, unable to boot Windows. Error code 0x0000098 kernel security check failure.

Troubleshooting attempts:
I attempted two use only one of the sticks at a time, in each of the slots by themselves. Same Result.
I check to ensure seated correctly and swapped back to the stock memory before trying again. I tried all combinations.
Launching BIOS before attempting to boot windows does show both modules to spec .

I do not think my bios can change the clock speed of the memory. It doesn't have any options as far as I can see. Neither the retailer or manfc. could confirm compatibility. Mfct suggested the memory could be bad but both sticks are brand new and I did attempt to use one of them at a time.

I purchased two 16 GB DDR4 3200 G.SKILL SO-DIMM RAM modules from NewEgg to upgrade my laptop.
There are the products: https://www.newegg.com/g-skill-16gb-260-pin-ddr4-so-dimm/p/N82E16820374027

Current Laptop Specs:
Model: ASUS ROG Strix GL702VSK
Processor: Intel Core i7 7700HQ
GPU: GeForce GTX 1070 8192MB GDDR5
HDD: M.2 500GB & 1TB Mechanical
Windows 10 Home

Stock Memory from Manufacture:
RAM: 12GB Total (Two slots total on motherboard)
SLOT 1: 4096MB - DDR4-2400 (1200 Mhz) Samsung
SLOT 3: 8192MB - DDR4-2400 (1200 Mhz) Samsung

ASUS guides claim I can use up to 32GB DDDR4 as well.
I used crucial to determine that I could use 25600 3200Mhz DDR4

Any help would be awesome. I can provide photos specs etc from CPU-Z if needed. I'm hoping there is a way to use them because I got them on sale for black friday. I really want to upgrade to 32 GB if possible. Is there any possibility I've done something wrong or a software/firmware fix?

Got the latest bios?
You may need to drop back to a 2x16GB@2400.
