Windows server 2003 reboots continuously

Hello,
Windows server 2003 reboots very often. On 30th Dec alone rebooted 10 times.
Found only in Device manager for Display Adaptor its whowing in Yellow Mark for Intel Q965/Q963 Express Chipset Family. Is this could be any cause for reboot.Will drivers installations can resolve it?

It could. It could be also virus.

Reinstalling the chipset support drivers wouldn't harm and would get rid of that yellow error warning.

Rebooting could be a virus, bad psu or ram, check the event manager and see when it happens.
