[SOLVED] Windows Server 2016 MySql Workbench wont install

Hello,

Like the title says I have a VPS running windows server 2016 and when I try and install workbench I get "MySql Workbench requires the visual c++ 2015 redistributable package" I have installed it and all updates to it and I have .net framework 4.5 as required too.

If you know why this is happening after installing everything and multipal reboots just some info on server is Windows Server 2016 standard version 1607 os build 14393.2248 Intel i7 9xx (Nehalem class core i7) 2.2Ghz 4GB ram 32 bit

You may have but ive come accross this many times before

Your system is 32bit, did you install the 32bit redist then the 64bit redist? I have found even though microsoft says different, having both on 32bit system solves this issue
