Windows Server on ASUS Z97-C

Hi
Is it possible to install windows server 2012 on Z97-C ?
I can't get the motherboard's cd to install at all on the server.
It gives the below error:

Motherboard Support CD does not support this operating system(WNT_6.1l_64.)

And in their website they don't have the drivers either.

It is not officially supported but you can use Intel Windows 8 64-bit drivers. The LAN driver is not going to be so easy.

Z97-C is listed as having:
Intel® I218V, 1 x Gigabit LAN Controller(s), featuring Turbo LAN
Intel® LAN- Dual interconnect between the Integrated LAN controller and Physical Layer (PHY)

Instructions for the 1218-V:
Install Intel I218-V NIC Driver for Windows Server 2012

If you don't know how to install a driver without the motherboard support DVD, you may want to buy a server motherboard instead of a desktop motherboard.

btw, those server motherboards are expensive!
