Windows Services stop

Hello Guys;

My SSD was losing space for no reason and I stopped to windows services via services.msc and deleted downloaded data from microsoft.../download folder
anyway I just wanna ask

Is it bad idea to stop services and My windows 10 is running with latest updates so that I deleted everything in download folder,so that's mean My updates are deleted or that folder is just working like temp folders
now I m checking for available updates and It says me "your device up to date" That's mean no problem or It will be problem in future?

you can delete the download folder, windows/temp folder and there another temp under username. Turn on show hidden file/folders options-->AppData-->Local-->Temp (delete files there). What are the services did you stop?
