Windows Setup freeze at Starting Windows!!

The problem is when I want to install W7 on my W8.1 GPT laptop it just freezes at 4 window-balls together or when in ATA mode, in Flag mode. Please help!!!

mkm, no such text "windows freeze" or "starting windows" and I already know how to use diskpart.
