Question Windows Setup hangs on Starting Windows on Inspiron 640M

Hi, I have a Dell Insprion 640M with Windows XP SP3 Installed and wanted to dual boot Windows 7 with it, but Windows 7 Setup is stuck on Starting WIndows, i have read some forum post to disable UEFI something, but this is not UEFI, it is old.

You'd be wasting your time anyway because Windows 7 is not supported on that laptop model (Dell never released any Windows 7 drivers for it):

Only supports Windows XP or Windows Vista.

Even Windows Vista is stuck to Starting Windows, and heard some installed Windows 7 on it, don't want to try to install Windows 10 on it.
