Question Windows shows drive that doesn't exist

For some reasonwindows explorer and other programs insist there is a floppy "A" drive in my computer. My computer has never had a floppy drive since I built it. What needs to be done to get everything to quit looking for a floppy drive? Sorry if this in the wrong forum.

Please show us a screencap of what is showing you this.

And if not Disk Management, a screencap of that as well.

If it's an older system Floppy can be disabled in BIOS.
