Hello! I have a problem with shutting down my computer. When I click "Shut down" it displays the normal screen "Windows is shutting down" for a second and then it turns off. But the computer is still working and it stops after 30 second or so. I tried safe mode and it completely shut down for one second. Does that mean I have a bad driver or?
Thanks for help!

This is because of "fast startup"( power options > choose what the power buttons do> scroll down). Basically the OS prepares stuff in order to boot fast next time you turn it on. This only applies on normal shutdown. Not on restart or safe mode, as those need the OS to do a full boot. You can disable fast startup and see for yourself, but enable it back after as it's a nice...
My Windows 10 machine does similar, it basically just shuts down the video output first, then finishes saving things it needs to before completely turning off. I don't think it's anything to worry about, all the Windows 10 machines I've encountered behave this way when shutting down.

I understand but if all Windows 10 machines are doing this why they are not doing it in safe mode?

Safe mode is a stripped down version of Windows, so there is a lot less cleanup to do when you shut down from it. There are almost no drivers loaded and you don't do much for it to save from the RAM.

Thanks for telling me! I turned off that option and it is shutting down fast and I did not notice change in startup.
