Windows SmartScreen Problems

Hello,

I am a software developer currently making my own Anti-Virus. However, every time I run the .exe Windows SmartScreen says it is a virus or potentially malicious (see the irony 😛.)

It mentions "unknown publisher," but I have all the info within the properties (see images.)

How do I fix this problem?
