windows smashd screen

I'm having trouble installing windows 7 ultimate on my pc
Pc configuration is this
Intel pentium 4 3.06 Ghz 1 core 2 threads
3Gb DDR2 533mhz
Video card Ati Radeon Hd 5450 1Gb DDR3 63bit
2 HDD (1-20Gb)
(2-80Gb)
After booting the windows from dvd /usb i get all the normal screen's and wen the screen where i should chose to instal or reparie the OS apear's i get a smashd image screen (broken) (shatterd) and from there nothing
If any one has any ideea that might help me pls reply

that's a very very very old computer. I'd say upgrade that to something at least modern before anything else.
