Windows Sometimes Does Not Boot

I have a Gigabyte Z97p-d3 and a few weeks ago it started to do this thing where it just wouldn't boot windows and I would have to press the reset button to get it to work. It's a real hit and miss with getting it to boot. Does anyone have a solution for this?

1/ power switch on the case
or
