Windows Start Up weirdness?

That's the start up. If nothing is done it starts like normal. . . .and if any button is pressed it does the same thing . . ..which is nothing and just starts like normal. Like. . . .idk. . .Just curious to know what it might be. Thank you for your time M(_ _)M before hand.

It look like a drive scan. Are all of your drives working properly?

Sorry about this late reply. Internet went down and needed a tech to come repair it @.@. As far as I know, all the drives are working just fine.
