When i first turn the PC on it gets to windows desktop and takes forever before i can click anything. (everything takes forever to load)

Steam will sometimes freeze aswell.. same with google chrome.

I don't know what it could be, cpu? hard drive?

Thanks :/

EDIT: also alot of the games i play with drop fps and it'll go back to normal.

Windows 10 pro, and i've unclicked everything that was not needed and it still does it :/

So no spyware/malware detected? If it is showing caution on the SMART info I would replace the hard drive ASAP as SMART is not perfect and even the smallest issue it detects can be a sign of more issues to come causing you to loose your data (SUCKS).. A dying hard drive can cause windows to run like crap btw.

Hi there Warleader165,

As there is a caution mark, I would agree with utroz and say that your HDD could fail at any time. So, the first thing you should really do is to back up the data stored on it.
My bet would be that there are some bad sectors on it right?

If it it under warranty, you can just RMA it.
