windows startup prblem

After booting nu laptop the screenshot freezes ar the welcome image. What când i do?

We're going to need much more info than that. Please list your laptop's make and model and an SKU if possible. I'm assuming nu = new. If it's brand new, you could just try and reinstall the OS.

Is not a new model, is a dell latitude 6400. Im tryin' to reinstall win7, after the end of the instalation the screen just freez at the "welcome" stage. The Windows 7 worked just fine until 1 week ago when i got the masage that the Windows need an update so have to restart the laptop. After that restart the Windows broked and i cant instal the Windows again
