Windows startup repair not working

It showing startup problem i went to command promote it showing there is no memory specified

Can you please elaborate the issue in more detail? For instance, what was the last thing you did after which the issue occurred, or what process did you follow to Get to Command Prompt?

Also, please try Booting Windows In Safe Mode and Running the SFC /SCANNOW Command from there to see if it resolves the isse.
