What the heck. I used the partition option when I was installing Windows Vista, so Windows seperate my harddisk in 439g and 490g partition. When I am finished installing Windows Vista I have only one C drive with 439 GB?!?!

A brand new computer to 2100 USD, 1TB Western Digital Black hard drive btw.

How can I fix it, what can I do?

Solution
Format the other partition. Windows can't mount an unformatted partition. You have to use the Computer Management console to possibly create the partition out of the free space and then format it.
