windows stops at starting windows

i have recently installed a geforce 210 card but windows stops at starting windows but after removing card windows starts normally.i also uninstall the old display drivers etc..what to do..i have a old pc pentium 4 and motherboard is zxi945 rinning windows 7 ultimate 32 bit .....

Try using the card in another system to test for defect. And could you post your full system specs?
