windows store apps wont download on the f drive

so im trying to download a game and it will download fine if i tell it to download on the d drive it works fine but if i tell it to download on the f drive(the drive with all the space it gives me error 0x80070015, its not the drives problem because i can download games fine on steam so i don't get it

this is a bug introduced on the last build of win 10 that won't let you install apps from the store anywhere apart from C drive
