Windows store problem, can't download error (0x80070015) ANSWER INSIDE

So hello, i have big problem with windows store. Can't get to download anything. Error posted in photos and listed what i have tried to fix it - below:

What i tried and what i got:

4. Tried running wsreset.exe , still same situation
5. Tried turning off anti-virus

Answer if anyone need this

So hi hello, i managed to solve this problem, in TASK MANAGER -> startup tab, disabled EVERYTHING, after this downloads worked, now just figuring out what might coused this.
