Windows stuck on command prompt

Im stuck on windows command prompt after booting. I cant type anything on the command line, it just keeps beeping. I had managed to access bios but i dont know what to do. Im using windows 7.

I tried this trick
I plugged an usb cable when it starts booting, then i spammed f8 so i can access the bios screen, nothing happened.
Frankly when i plugged the usb out, it sent me there a couple secs later

When you access BIOS can you see the drive windows are on ? Can you set BIOS to boot from it ?
