Windows stuck on loading screen

Hi i cant install windows or any other os on my pc my computer has took ages to load and sometimes it shuts of I have been trying to install winows 7 and ubuntu from a sun drive but no luck i it either loads forever saying setup starting or it says missing is what can I do it just wont work at all now it won't start even after a while thanks

are u saying u cant install windows 7 or linux ubuntu? your words are kinda messed up.
Are u trying to dualboot with win7 and ubuntu?
if only win7 then check the bios settings and use defaults incase u need it.
maybe ur media installation drive is corrupted
