[SOLVED] Windows stuck on logo when trying to install

Hi everyone, I'm trying to install windows 10 from my boot media to this computer, but whenever I boot to the USB I get the ASRock logo and it freezes there. No loading sign or anything.
When I try to boot to the USB itself, not the partition on the USB, the same thing will happen except with the windows logo.
Does anyone know how to fix this?

I've been using this one for months now

That may well be but that does not eliminate some immediate failure or problem with the USB drive.

Are you able to get into BIOS at all?

Set POST to be as verbose as possible; might just display some problem before locking or freezing.

Are you doing clean install?

yep im able to get into BIOS, I actually just updated BIOS for a different reason, maybe thatll help, idk how.

Completely new computer, so yeah, clean install i guess

probably want to minimize your peripherals down to the absolute minimum, 1 stick of RAM, m.2 drive and USB drive in a 3.1 port to get it to boot

It wouldnt show the windows logo if it wasnt bootable
