For the past days, I am experiencing stuttering. After some time, the whole laptop startes to lagging for about a minute, then it returns back to normal. After some time, it startes to lag again.
I've tried to rename GameBarpresenceWriter but that didn't help a lot.
Does anyone know how can I fix it?
