Windows Super Laggy

Randomly in the morning I logged on to my computer and everything was fine but about an hour later it just randomly slowed down and is now super bad, my dme didn't go to pio and the system is running good right when i get logged in but thenit goes to about 80% to 50% until it has about a 20% effort in a minute, i've checked everything I could but it still won't fix, all the system restores I try just end up in failure and the only time it was working got deleted off system restore so the only thing i know i could do is factory reset/wipe everything off it. Does anybody have any fixes? I would really like to go back to using the computer . Also webpages usually take a really long time to load and if I'm on skype and I type decently fast enter and then start typing something else it freezes. If I'm trying to download like league of legends it says 1000:44:22 until down and 1000 is in hours.

Can you post a copy of your task manager running processes ordered by memory/processer usage?
or run a Hijack this and post a log?

You may have a System memory issue or failing drive. Run MEMTEST or at the minimum Windows Memory diagnostic. Prefer MEMTEST www.memtest.org for a full pass.

I think there's a good chance you need to reinstall Windows but at least make sure you have no hardware memory issues. When things get slow and glitch it's often very hard to isolate the issue especially if working remotely trying to give advice.

I did get some error message about not being able to use hosts and I would need to fix that myself, I don't know if I should be concerned about that or not.

use ccleaner to scan your registires for issues and fix .
i had such similar problem long ago,my friend had cleaned my registries to tune up my pc and somehiow imp registries got deleted.
just try the clcleaner.. no harm in using it..

Hey mate,
Quick skim through your HJT log, you're Internet is set to connect through a proxy server, is this as intended?
Looks like your also running 2 x AV - Mcaffee and Avast in some ways. Ditch one of those, not good running 2.
Have a read through of all the exe files starting up and running, make sure you use/need/know all those.
Any joy at HJT forum or with the memory tests posted above?
