Windows System using 100% all the time

when i go to task manager my system is using 100% disk all the time

I assume you in win 10, its a service called Windows Process Recorder. It only started happening last week after the update.

It helped a bit but now my pc is using alot in Microsoft Compality Teleme....

restarted my pc and the 100% is back well time to buy a ssd i guess

its odd, it doesn't go to 100% on all PC< on mine it was just causing 7% ssd usage until I killed it. Still unnecessary writes on my ssd I can live without.
