Windows system32\driver\nvstor sys

Hello,
just did a disk cleanup then rebooted got this message |windows\system32\drivers\nvstor.sys Windows failed to load

Insert your Vista disk and boot to a command prompt.
type sfc /scannow<enter>

It is the system file check.
This should get you going again.

Then you will need to go to
http://www.nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx
and get the drivers for you system and reinstall them.

I have that same problem now. I tried to run the system file check on the computer and it said this :

Windows Resource Protection could not perform the requested operation.

Any ideas?
